...I have to go 'number 2' about 30 minutes later? For the past week this has happened to me every time I've eaten anything. It's regular dookie, nothing wrong with it, but I've never been on a 'schedule' like this before. I thought that it might be that my body is using the foods energy immediately or something like that. I only eat about two meals a day, and some snacks in between them. I'd like to gain weight and been trying to increase how much I eat on a daily basis, so maybe that could be it. Any ideas on why the sudden change in my daily 'schedule'?

It's because your body is not used to such an abrupt change in meals. For example, if you ate a meal a day before and all of a sudden you wanted to eat two meals a day with a couple of snacks, your body is not used to the sudden change so therefore you would have to go number two. What I would do is have a meal, a snack and gradually increase the amount I eat week by week. Also, try eating more greens.

Hope this helps!

That is how a lot of people are that I know. There are some guys that I know that go right after they eat something. It is just how your metabolism is. You must have a high metabolism and you body tends to break down food faster that before. Because you are eating more that could also have an effect. You said you eat 2 meals and then snacks in between. If that is more than you use to eat then you are doing good in making your metabolism faster and really that is what you want. In my opinion you are doing good and should keep up the good work.

It could be what you're eating. Are you eating a lot of fiber? If your bowel movements look normal, then there's probably nothing to worry about. A normal person's suppose to have a bowel movement after each meal. So if your eating twice a day, two bowel movements are normal.

Try eating 6 small meals a day. I think what you are describing is called a gasrtic colic reflex or response. Infants have this when they nurse. I think some of us (me included) have this when we eat a large meal.

No, I don't think anything is wrong you. This happens to a lot of people. Especially now with all the chemicals being processed in foods.
