I can't find this out anywhere and I really need to know to plan a touring holiday over the Christmas period.
Thanks an awful lot if you can tell me.

They do, but it's worth checking the individual schedules as suggested above, because some may be on Sunday/holiday schedules. (Which isn't necessarily less often, in the mountains it can be more often.) I think most people in Zurich get December 26th off, but most other places they don't. It's not called Boxing Day though.

There is no Boxing Day in Europe, only in Canada. (I presume)
Trains are running Sunday's schedules on December 25th and January 1st.
