The job needs to be easy,located in Hiawassee,Georgia,and easy on his back(he has degenerative disk disease).Help!(he dosen't want a full time commitment job,just one that will last a few days off and on .

There are lots of jobs that don't require lifting or extended standing, that wouldn't put a strain on his back.
As to tax free - what does that have to do with straining his back? And no, if he has a job, he'll owe taxes.

A few days work at low pay may not generate any income tax but he will owe social security and medicare.

No such thing as a "tax free" job. All earned income is subject to taxation.
