It's fine. It is designed to heal and protect irritated skin there, and it doesn't care how old you are, LOL.

Just make sure your skin is completely dry before you put it on or you'll make it worse. If your skin is wet and you apply diaper cream, you'll seal in the moisture.

There's nothing wrong with adults using diaper rash cream. It will work if it just simple chafing. However, if it's a fungal rash, you will need to see the doctor for something effective for that.

It depends on what the rash is from. If you got some poison ivy, or some allergy, then it might not work. If your underwear or pad or whatever is chafing you, then it should work, I guess.

Of course it's ok. I've used it myself from time to time. Especially in the summer. And it works.

o yeah, its ok. it will keep your skin hydrated. just make sure to maily use it @ night when your legs arent rubbing when youre walking. you still can use it in the day time, but you dont want the bumbs to hold in moister causing a yeast infection. God BLess

look at it this way, if its safe to put on a babies skin, which is very delicate, then its obviously safe to use on anybody older.
