ok so i have just recently moved to the hood in ny
while i was infront of my new house this guy was with a group of friends and him and his friends where looking at me.....initially this kinda scared me lol
the guy then walked up to me and we started having a casual convo and he offered to show me around the hood
he is a 16 year old Black guy and i am 15 year old Persian girl
so i was wondering wat does he want by offering this
oh ya and one more question...........a couple other guys approached me saying that im "thick"........is this a good thing?? lol......like should i be offended or say thnx lol
and anymore helpful advice would be great to help me get comfortable in my new surroundings

So you're living in the "hood" whatever that means to you. Usually guys are going to look when they see a chick in the area, nothing to be afraid of there. The young man who came up to you is trying to "holla" aka hit on you =) New girl that you are, showing you around is a good excuse to talk to you more and maybe hook up. Use your instincts as you would with any guys. Don't go anywhere shady with the whole group just in case they have bad intentions, but likely the guy that came up to you just likes what he sees and wants to get to know you.
To be called thick by a black guy (and some hispanic guys also) is a compliment it means you have a shapely body (not a toothpick like some other groups tend to like more).
Hope you do get comfortable, and don't get bogged down into whatever stereotypes you have about living in the hood. Like anywhere else, you show respect you get respect.

Do you know who Kim Kardashian is? She's a sexy thick persian gal who lots of black guys tend to like. Why do think that guy likes you? You're his type and he'd like to see you naked.
