Turkey has so much evidence that shows that the Armenian genocide is a lie and that Armenians actually slaughtered Turks and they sabotaged and fought against the Turkish military for the Russians. How come the rest of the world turns a blind eye to this evidence?

My parent's say that it doesn't make a difference if it happened or not for them, it's all politics.

George Bush said he would recognize the so-called Armenian Genocide when he was running for President. Now that Turkey is an ally and helping the US with Iraq he doens't want to pass the bill. It's just a big game for them. Once they don't need Turkey anymore they will think about passing it again...

I'm afraid in today's culture religion tints truth. Armenians wouldn't have this much following if they were Muslim or Turks were Christian.

Turkey is not a friend and like all Muslim counties only is about them self. They do not care to admit the truth for then they may have to pay retributions and this would mean the USA would be paying for it as we are paying now for the Turkish lobby to pay off our politics to keep this HR 106 bill from reaching a vote as they know once it comes to the floor for a vote than politics will have to face up to the fact by losing votes and lose money from the packs from Turkey.

One must keep it mind like when the genocide took place a Turk solider was asked by an Orthodox Armenian priest why he was raping killing and burning the Armenians in the church how he could do this. And the reply was All I have to do is pray and God will forgive me.

Also they have a saying to kiss the feet of the enemy till you can cut his throat. And this is what they are doing now as they them self’s are not liked by the rest of the Arab Muslim world other then with Saudi Arabia on light terms. For the evil under the Ottomans they did to them. And they are an Island alone in the Muslim world which is why they side with Israel and press so hard with threats they can not follow through with as shown by the threats to the EU for supporting the Genocide and the trade with them has increased.

For them it is do or die and this applies to their brother Muslims and the only slight help is the Kingdom of Fahd for they what the caliphate to be in Turkey under Sunni and not Iran under Shiite.

This bill must hit the floor for a vote to hold accountable every politician and get ride of the lying money hungry scum bags who support this act of evil. As to deny is to deny the holocaust and to have the blood of over 1.5 million innocent people on their hands.

And a last note to this any one who wants to cut and run from Iraq or any other Muslim county would open up the worst genocide to come yet as is seen in every part of the world today and make the Armenian genocide look like nothing.

Go to memritv.org too see the truth that the drive by media will not tell and show you.

I like telling the truth and I am Turk and proud to be one....

Here is the DA TRUTH
It is true that the Turks tried to wipe them Armenians off.... But that was because they attacked our ancestors.... There was no genocide... There was War..... Genocide is something different...... For example American biological warfare towards American natives is a GENOCIDE... You got it.???? HA? Hitler practiced on Jews GENOCIDE... You got it? HA?

The Russians GENOCIDED Circassians and Adyghes... You Got it? HA?.... Armenians slaughtered 200 000 people including Turks and Kurds and Jews in Eastern Anatolia during Turkey's Independence War while the Turks were fighting against the imperial powers of Europe in 5 fronts... And the Armenians took the advantage of Turks' weak position and waged a war against them by opening a new front... and our ancestors, like they did to all kinds of their enemies, killed the Armenians as well.... You got it? HA?
I am thankful to my Ancestors for what they did to our enemies....

I stand up for the truth and I am thankful to my Ancestors for what they did to our enemies.... You got it? HA?

Sorry there was just a program on TV about this mass murder with photos and all. Why don´t you at last realize the truth, Armenians were murdered by Turks. The Armenians sure know what happened. The Armenians need an apology by the Turkish government. Than go on living, you will poison your life by denying what happened soon about a 100 years ago. If Turkey want to be a member of the European Union, an apology is needed! Are you brainwashed or what, come on we live in the 21st century, but it seems that some never learn. I quite agree about Bush, but we are not talking about him now. I believe you are a young person, why not find out the truth yourself to find peace in your soul or just forget it, but don´t accuse other people of ignorance. Good luck with your life anyway!

here is very important book about pseudo-armenian genocide:

1) Dashnagtzoution Has Nothing to Do Anymore
Author : Hovhannes Katchaznouni
ISBN No : 975-343-453-7

2) Le Parti Dachnak N'a Plus Rien A Faire
Author : Hovhannes Katchaznouni
ISBN No : 975-343-458-8

3) Für Die Dascnakzutyun Gibt Es Nichts Mehr Zu Tun
Author : Hovhannes Katchaznouni
ISBN No : 975-343-454-5

Who is Katchaznouni?

Hovannes Katchaznouni is the first prime-minister of
the Armenian state founded in July 1918.He was is power
as the head of gouvernment until August 1919,for thirteen
months. He was among the founders of the Dashnagzoutiun
Party and one of its top leaders. He was the prime authority
Of Armenia and the Dashnagzoutiun Party.

Publication of the Report.

Hovannes Katchaznouni voices a self-critism of the past
İn this conference report.
Hovannes Katchaznouni publishes his report very urgently,
1923,that same year. The title he uses once more emphasizes
his pproposal of suicide:”Dashnagzoutiun has nothing to do
Anymore”.
The book published in Armenian was translated into Russian
Four years later and an edition of only 2000 copies was
Published in Tbilisi in 1927 as a warning or lesson.
Certains parts of the book was published in England in 1955
with the title “The Armenian Revolutionary Federation

What is interresting but what seems natural when the content
Of the book is taken into consideration,is the fact that this
Historical report by the first Armenian prime minister was
Banned in Armenian. It is also a fact that all the COPİES
WERE COLLECTED from the libraries in Europe by the
DASHNAGS.All the copies in all languages were collected
From European libraries .The book is included in the
Catalogues but no copies can be found in the racks.

Pointing fingers everywhere else doesn't forgive mass murder. American policy is complicit in several incidents, as other answerers have said. But that still leaves an open question: does the Turkish version of events legitimately explain the deaths of over 500,000 civilian Armenians?

It takes a while for that to really sink in - over 500,000 deaths.

It's been quoted that history is written by the victors. Isn't it conceivable that your version of events may be what you're being fed as opposed to the truth? Perhaps the world turns a blind eye to Turkish "evidence" because the Turkish version of events is a joke.

As for George Bush, he is the worst president that the United States and the world has ever had the misfortune of enduring. Nobody I know voted for him, and he probably stole both elections. Nothing he says is ever the truth, and everyone suffers for his gross negligence and incompetence.

History is what "they" tell us it is. In order to answer such questions, which cannot be answered lightly with a cursory look at history, one must delve deeply into the matter and read contemporary reports and investigate many sources.
Either side has their own version of history so we must look at subjective reports.

Western world is still amazed in front of his own monstrosity ,especially in giving such a big prove of it (inventing genocide :whole Europe new about what was happening in nazi-germany,they have done it all toghether )so they try to make Turcs as "inventor" of genocid and themselves as "just immitators".
