I need a program that gives me fast free music dowloads and is healthy for my computer.

None, they will all infect your PC with malware if you use them illegally.

i use LimeWire and it's pretty good. the omly downside is when u close or minimize it, a fragment of the window does not go away, but u can fix it by opening and closing another window

Limewire. But others think differently for certain reasons.
