It should come with it. Ask before you buy it, just to make sure.
Make sure it's a Windows computer, not a Mac.

You may get a TRIAL version, but you'll eventually have to buy M$-Office.

Try the free, and M$-Office compatible, Open Office from:

Included: Writer (like Word), Calc (Excel), Impress (PowerPoint), Base (Access), Draw (M$-Paint) and Math

Just make sure that if you want others to be able to view the documents using M$-Office Word, for example, save them using "Save as..." in .doc format, instead of the default .odt format. Or use the built-in PDF creation feature.

MS Office never comes with brand new computers. You are going to have to purchase it separately no matter what. There's no way around it unless you have a friend who bought a multiple user pack that can be used on multiple computers.

You have to ask the vendor, because not always the MS Office is included in the Operating System. These are different products.

It depends. Some computers come with Microsoft Office installed, some don't. You should ask the dealer about it if you plan on getting a new computer. Alternatively you can download OpenOffice here:
http://www.openoffice.org
It's free and open source, so no worrying about whether a new computer comes with it.

Most likely, no. It may come with a trial version that expires, without warning, in 30 or 60 days. Beware of these: After the trial period expires, Word, etc, will let you read any files you created or edited, but not let you change them or create new files.

Kind of like being hooked like a fish.

Hope that helps.

Most computers come with a trial version of Office. You must pay to have it after a period of time. It is never free.

It's separate unless a retailer includes it as a special offer or something. Office is a separate suite, and is somewhat costly.

Unfortunatly you will probably have to buy office. It can be quiet expensive also. I use the home edition and includes all the major apps. and is MUCH cheaper.

It typically does not come with office. That will almost always cost extra.
