hay guys i need a photot editeing program, gimp sucks and so dose photoshop (they freeze my computer)

If these programs freeze your computer, your PC is the problem, not the programs. You have malware, use the Discovery Tab here to learn more.

Fix your PC, then the apps will probably work again.

A much smaller and simpler program is IrfanView. Download and take the plugin package too. Read the helpfile for instructions.
