Just curious because everytime is see the stuff in the box i feel like tasting it..I heard a lot of people eat the white stuff out from the box.

Cornstarch is used in a lot of recipes as a thickener, so of course its safe to eat. I probably just doesn't taste great to stick your finger in it and eat it, but it won't hurt you.

its pretty safe...my aunt used to eat it right out of the box and about 2 boxes per DAY!! nothing serious happened to her but she ate it while pregnant and wen the baby came out, she said it smelled like cornstarch[lol!]!!

I can't see it would hurt you but I would think the texture would just be nasty...blech!

it really has little flavor
but it can't hurt you IT is just corn....
