As most guys would know, if for example your girlfriend's guy friend goes over to her house you start getting jealous over such small things. Anyway to refrain from getting SOO jealous?

u cant stop yourself from being jealous..its an emotion like love and hate. it comes and goes along with the situation...if something makes you jealous try expressing yourself on paper...write it down and then tear the paper apart get your anger out on the paper...trust me i do tht all the time..it really works as long as no one else reads the papers....=]]

Indeed you have quite a problem on your hands Jealousy means you are very insecure emotialy With the help of a profesinal you can overcome this this negative emotion
