I (in Canada) pronounce it "fa" (with a short "a") - 'teeg' with a long e, and almost a glottal stop after the 'g'. Not quite a 'guh' but certainly not as short as 'k'.
If in doubt, search for an Oxford (British) dictionary if you wish to sound British or International.
I'll let someone else recommend a US dictionary.
PS: there may in fact be more than one pronunciation listed in the same dictionary. If so, take your pick.

I would say: fa-teeg' if it's being used as an English word. In French, there is a difference between fatigue and fatigué, the latter is pronounced fa-ti-gay.

I'm British and I don't pronounce it Fa-tik...and everyone I know pronounces it Fa-teeg. Perhaps who you heard it from has a regional accent that made it sound like that to you ;)

Well since we're all speaking ENGLISH here, it's "fah-teeg" and the numpty up there harping on about Canadian/American rubbish should do one. We invented the language so what we say goes!!! It's pronounced "fah-teeg". FACT. Oh and why I'm on a rant, "jail" is correctly spelt "GAOL".
