I tried to, but it really didn't work. Couldn't get Him out of my mind. Eventually, other Christians helped me realize where thereal problem was.

No. I didn't stop believing because I was mad at God. I stopped believing because I concluded he did not exist. And I didn't change my mind back, but forward. I went through paganism, Goddess-worship, and into atheism when I realized I was using the Goddess as a metaphor, not literal.

He ought to easily be dealing with a complicated time emotionally precise now because of the fact he's sufficiently old to start determining that the international isn't the secure/look after place he used to experience it replaced into. youngsters start up out very naive and trusting of the international, it is not uncomplicated to return to words with the certainty that the international is composed of evil. have you ever asked him (till now mattress-time) if there is a few thing bothering him? possibly, he would not like his instructor this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, or possibly there's a bully at college or some thing happening which you're no longer attentive to. or possibly, he in simple terms heard of a few thing in the information that has him apprehensive. i might communicate with him and discover out what his insecurities are. additionally, if he desires to sleep on your room, i does no longer make a huge concern of it (youngsters bypass via random stages) yet i might tell him he would be snoozing on a snoozing bag on the floor. you opt for him to experience look after that he can come be via you if he desires you and yet you haven't any longer have been given the opt to make it so fascinating that he would not opt to bypass lower back to his very own room. My suitable chum has achieved this together with her son and he chosen the snoozing bag for 2 weeks and then desperate he had adequate and has been in his very own mattress ever considering that.

How can you be mad at something you don't believe in?
If you are mad at him, you still believe.
When this happened to me, I realized I was just throwing a temper tantrum because I wasn't getting it my own way.
That doesn't mean God didn't exist.

Since comming to God and receiving His free gift of Salvation I have gotten mad at God many times... I am weak in the mortal flesh... but I have never stopped"believing" Him... what has occured is being overcome with doubts about myself... God is patient and forgiving... he waits untill I am over my blue funk and then He is there for me...
All of The Faith have doubts.... though some will not admit it openly... but God knows The Truth... none of us knows all the answers... and God has yet seen fit to reveal them... so the Faithful wll have doubts... But the full Truth will be revealed one day...
But...... once one knowsThe Truth of God.... there is no turning from God... no "not beliving".... but there are the doubts of self that can lead one to distance from God from time to time... it is man who does the distancing... not God... God will always be there.

I've gotten mad at my brother when we were kids but I like him now. He's way better than any god, too.

Who the hell does that? You get mad at something, which prompts you to deny it's existence, then when you cool down you think it exists again? That's retarded!

It really wouldn't make a difference. God is not necessary, and probably not real.
