FL does not have an income tax. There certainly are plenty of taxes to pay in FL, however. Sales taxes are levied on most sales and property taxes are very high compared to states that have an income tax.

Everyone pays Federal income tax, regardless of what state they live in.

Florida doesn't have a state income tax. You file a federal return the same as you would in any state though.

There is no state income tax in FL. You do have to pay federal income tax and some taxes that are not income taxes.

No state income tax. You pay 6% sales tax, and real estate tax.
