I'm BOTH fast & slow!
I recommend the "slow fast"!
I'm quick to the table, and slow to push away.
So I recommend the "slow fast"! Pardon the pun.
Fasting may not be for you, but a few 1,000-calorie days can launch you into better health!!!
My wife thinks I come too fast, but I am slow to adjust.
I am slow to anger, but my wit is quick.
I am fast to make a conclusion, but slow to change my mind.
My answer is I'm BOTH fast & slow!

It depends on the task at hand; generally speaking, in the matter of discourse, I am extremely fast. Putting those thoughts on paper, however, I'm limited by my typing, which is not so fast.
One skill is indebted to another, it seems.

Cute. I'm slow and getting slower all the time. Age does that eventually. Fat does it faster. Age and fat together are weighing me down.
