Cook nothing else but veggie. Tell them if they dont start eating veggie then you wont give them anything else like ice cream or meat. You should start now as they are still young. Once they got used to it, they have no problem with veggie. I had this trouble when i was young. I hate veggie as a matter of fact i hate to even look at vegetables. Until one day, my mom cooks only veggie. I got no choice but to eat veggie and followed by the next day and the following day. Slowly, i got used to eat veggie and i always eat it since then. Thanks to my mom!

im not a veggie person either but when they're grilled or sauted ill eat all kinds of stuff... haha

What a dilemma! Of course, our children need to eat as many veggies as possible but they don't always need to know what they're eating...
Keep working on them eating vegetables on their own, since it is important for their health there should be some sort action if they don't eat them. Try to make their veggies more fun. Cut carrot coins (just carrot slices) and simmer them in gingerale until soft. They come out so sweet and delicious. Get out the cheese sauce! Most kids love cheese so let them have the sauce, lots more veggies will make their way down that way.
Your final option is to start hiding their veggies. This is for their health. They still need to learn to eat them on their own but while they're not getting enough you can start adding them to the family meals and no one will be the wiser! This is also great for all the adults in the family too because most of us don't eat enough either. Pureed spinach inside meatballs, pureed veggies in pasta sauce. A great way to get these if you're not into preparing these veggies yourself is to buy prepared baby food. Then all the work is done for you.

Most kids will not, but it isn't THAT big of a problem as most would have you believe. Kids are perfect little machines physically. Their bodies will tell them when they need to eat vegetables. Just make them available but there is little need to force them. You can hide it in regular food too like some have suggested.

Often it's the texture rather than the taste - so definitely add pureed veggies to pasta sauce, or make soup. My kids eat all kids of veggies they'd never touch whole pureed in soup. and it's drop dead simple to cook.

have u tried giving them to them cold like cold carrots to munch on/ a fruit takes away the need for not quite as much veggies~potatoes will they eat them? try them all sorts of different ways i also have (if they like potatoes) mixed in a few carrots with mashes potatoes they will eat it i just tell them its for color~~~did u feed them to them as babies just wondering/ start using more fruits and a one a day vitamin if all else fails goodluck mom of 3 gram of 1

I sneak them in wherever I can. Raviolis? Spinach and cheese. I sneak shredded carrots or spinach into pasta. Shredded carrots or broccoli into macaroni and cheese. Broccoli and cheese bite (made by morning star farms)... are absolutely delicious, even my really picky 2 year old will eat them. It's just a matter of being sneaky.
Not to mention if they WILL dip them, it's completely fine. If you have to bribe them by sprinkling a little cheese on them, that's still fine. It's better they eat them with cheese then not eat them at all :)
