My desktop picture is white. When i right click on the desktop and go to properties, then desktop, i can change the color, i can stretch, tile or center; but it changes nothing. When i go to change the picture it doesn nothing, i can't scroll, i can't highlight, nothing............. any ideas, please help. I can't remember what version of Windows i have....its the most upto date but not Vista.

My browse button isn't even highlighted for me to click it. I know how to get pictures and change it, i just can't, computer won't let me

After r-clicking the desktop
going into Properties
cl the Desktop tab
for a new picture, click Browse
locate a new picture

i have the same problem with you. we both need help.
i can change the colour but i cant use any image nothing, the stroll isnt workin!!!its stuck
