i have a child whos dad wont pay a cent he works for cash but is bringing in great money and wont pay a dime for 6 years . also seeing if there are any other parents out there in the same kinda of situation

Web site for "Dead beat Dads" .... they can help or you can file for his income tax return with the IRS .... so if he were to file taxes (hint-hint) they will send you the check ........

The child support enforcement agency in your town will sue the pants off him, ask them to do an investigation and check his income taxes, even though he's working under the table, he still has to file them as self-employed, they will seek arearages for all those years, and take his state and federal income taxes and suspend his drivers license, if he still wont pay, then they will arrest him for contempt of court.
have you filed for child support?
Contact the IRS, if this doesn't work.

NJ State is one of the worst for deadbeat dads. I just filed a complaint because they failed to enforce their OWN wage garnishment child support order. I don't live in NJ but the non-custodial parent did.
Keep calling every week and make complaints to get the case taken care of. If you don't collect TANF/welfare, no state agencies do a very good job collecting arrears.

my kids dad is a street guy he makes money on the street he doesn't have a real job how do I get him to court and file for him to pay child support threw the courts I'm already getting tanif and its not enough for my kids and I want him to pay from being out of his kids life for a whole yea

Legal aide. Do you know anything about the person he works for? Legal aide. The state can get him. Legal aide. Be good to your child...investigate. Don't just sit and think nothing can be done. He's got money, the baby should be getting it too. Be good to you and be happy.
