No, it is unhealthy for dogs. Some are lactose intalerhent and cannot digest the milk. So, don't give your dog milk.

If you want to give the puppy milk, I would not suggest cow's milk. You can get formula, which is made just for animals, including pups. It has the all the vitamins, and mineral a puppy would require. It's a lot healthier for the puppy.
We had a puppy that was weaned too soon, and we had to buy her formula especially for her. She did remarkably well, and grew into a nice strong pup. We gradually added puppy food, when she became of age to wean, still giving her the special formula with, and gradually breaking her away from that as well. Today, she's a nice, strong healthy older pup. We also see to it that she gets plenty of fresh air, and walks, so she gets plenty of exercise.
She's been properly wormed, given her puppy shots, and had her nails clipped, and made sure to get rid of any fleas, or tics.
Always remember, that if you are going to have a pet, then take proper care, and treatment of your pet, and take the your pet to just one Veterinarian, that you like, and trust. It's easier to keep records, of the pet's care, and treatment.

It is unhealthy to give canines and felines homoginized milk that we drink on a regular basis. Their digestive systems may have a difficult time processing some of the enzymes and additives that we place in the milk. Giving your pet table scraps is not recommended either, they will become accustomed to getting the leftovers, and it will affect their diets as they get older. (They'll probably become picky and rely only on human food rather than dog food)

At 2 months old, the dog doesn't need any supplementation to his high quality diet. Cow's milk is not good for dogs, can give them upset stomach. If you feel he needs extra nutrition, then you can give him Esbilac, which is a puppy milk replacer (it's the dog version of KMR).

Just make sure you're feeding him a high quality food, like Canidae, Wellness, Innova, etc., and he will be fine.

Not a great idea. Remember that dogs and cats lack the enzyme lactase, so they can't actually digest milk very well. It's quite likely to give him diarrhoea!

Also, not a good habit to get into, giving pets your food, it makes them spoiled and go off their proper dog food. Spoil with toys and cuddles, not food!

Unhealthy. It will give him the squirts. You might give him a tablespoon or two as treat but do not make a habit of it.
