In the United States, there are 6 Holy Days of Obligation. 1. January 1: Solemnity of Mary 2. Ascension Thursday: 40 days after Easter 3. August 15: The Feast of the Assumption of Mary 4. November 1: All Saints 5. December 8: Immaculate Conception 6. December 25: Christmas. The TV is only ok for shut-ins. If you cannot find a Church to attend because of your job, and can not attend on Saturday or the Eve before the Holy Day, then speak to your priest about attending another day.
