You blew the head gasket most likely. That's your coolant burning making the cloud of white smoke.

First fire up that car, second drive to the nearst Chevy Dealer Ship, third find a car in your price range. Leave Ford on side of roar (Ford backwards is an akronym fo Driver returns on foot) with key in ignition, Finally you have a reliable source of transportation. Thus your white smoke problems are fixed.

Buy a can of "block Sealer" put into the radiator, run the car for 30 minutes, drain the radiator and put new water/coolant.
add a thick oil additive.
make plan to buy another piece of ford...i mean junk.

IT INDICATE THE ENGINE HEADGASKET OR CYLINDERHEAD IS LEAKING COOLANT INTO THE CYLINDER. THIS REPAIR IS EXPENSIVE. THE MORE YOU DRIVE, THE MORE DAMAGE YOU WILL CAUSE. CHANGING THE OIL WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
