All the other lights work fine just no parking lights, could it be a fuse? If it is or not any suggestions?

most likely a fuse.
with physically smaller fuses and ageing eyes it may be worthwhile to invest in a 12 volt test light for the testing of these.
just clip the wire to a good ground and probe the fuse[s] in the windows near the ends it should light up on both sides if no power at all suspect a switch problem or a high amp maxi fuse or fuse link[general applications]

If it is not the fuses, under the hood. check that the headlight switch is sending signal to the CEM, central electronic module, I have replaced many headlight switches and CEM's on these.
