I just downloaded 2 versions and still I can view my email attachments. What could be my problem?

While opening the MS word, fo to help menu, click on detect & repair, it will ask the source CD of MS Office or path, click the source and your entirre missing files will be restored. Or you try running the PC in Safe mode.

If you have installed it properly, try right clicking the file (if it has a .ppt extension) and selecting open with, you should get the option for powerpoint reader. If you are sure it works, click the button for always use this program.
