Check out the Myriad Botanical Gardens in OKC. It isn't that far away from Norman, and they have several available spaces to rent. There is a pretty good range of prices to choose from, too. My husband and I got married at a botanic garden, and we didn't even have to decorate the venue- all the gorgeous flowers were enough decoration. http://www.myriadgardens.com/rental.html That's the website for the place. Good luck.

The Duck Pond is a pretty area near the University of Oklahoma (OU) campus in Norman, Oklahoma. Another idea is the just east of Norman, Thunderbird State Park.
For your rehearsal dinner or other restaurant needs, you may want to check out some articles I have written about places in Norman, OK (you can read them for free online by clicking the links below):

Here's a cool country club. Could have the wedding outside and the reception inside...

why not go with a picnic style banquet with a simple spring or summer wedding with sundresses and daisys with roses? use alot of whatever is already available for your decor. This makes for a cute and family friendly type wedding where everyone feels less up tight and has more fun. Best Wishes.

Does anyone in your family have a good sized backyard? If so you could decorate it and rent the chairs and save a ton on a site rental! If I had to do it again I would definitely get married on my mother in laws 3 acres, she even has a pond.
Also there may be farms close to you that you could rent for cheap.
Good luck!

Have you checked out local bed and breakfast inns? Many B&B's can provide outdoor weddings at reasonable prices.
