YES, it will hurt her. It is TOXIC to birds!
Do NOT let your bird have tea, coffee, pop, or anything like that.
Some people say that natural herb teas are ok, but the are NOT ok. Many herbs have medicinal qualities that increase the heart rate, have a diurectic effect, etc. Unless you are very knowledgeable about the medicinal properties of herbs and know the effects of herbs on BIRDS, do NOT even give your bird herb teas.
"But he loves it." is the stupidest reason to feed something to your bird. Your bird liking something is NOT an indicator that you should let them have it. Animals and children have been known to ingest things that will kill them. Educate yourself. Here's a list of some things that are toxic to birds:

Yes. Birds have a much faster metabolism than humans, and even a very small amount of caffeine can be fatal to a bird. Also, you might have milk and sugar in your coffee, which is also bad for birds. The only thing I would feed to birds is pure fresh clean water. I wouldn't take chances if I were you.

Uhm, are you feeding her regular or decaf?
Why not switch to coffee substitute like Postum and see what happens?
Regular coffee with all the caffeine will hurt your bird over time. Bird's heart rates are much faster than humans, caffeine will speed up their heart rate to danger levels.
I don't think Postum has any caffeine in it. It made me throw up and cured me of coffee forever, that's why I suggested it.
Decaf coffee in very small doses is okay, I suppose, but the other concern is making sure it is warm or room tempurature and not very hot to prevent burning the crop.

I think RAV spelled it out in a nut shell. People love to do drugs, does that mean it's good for them, NO!
What are you thinking??? What you "allow" and what may possibly harm your bird are totally two different things!
BTW, Milk is not dangerous for your bird, stop spreading myths, neither are onions!!

Caffeine is bad for you bird. Try giving juice occasionaly-that should be fine if it's in moderation. Water, however, is the best of course.
