You could make Johnny Marzetti. My friends love it when I cook this. You make the sauce just like spaghetti sauce. Instead of using a long pasta like spaghetti, you just noodles or macaroni or penne or whatever short pasta you have. When you stir in the sauce, you throw in some shredded or chunky cheddar or colby cheese and stir till everything is incorporated. If you don't want as much tomato flavor, you can substitute tomato juice.
Or you can make hamburger gravy. My ex-husband used to make this, but I never learned how. There's gotta be a recipe on the web somewhere, so Google it if you're interested.
Or you could make chili. Mmmmmm...I think I might make that for dinner tonight. Thanks for the idea!
Or you could make meatloaf.

Stuffed Cabbage Leaves
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
several large, washed whole cabbage leaves
Mix together well thawed ground beef, egg, rice, 1/2 can diced tomatoes, and salt and pepper (okay to add extra seasonings if you choose - I like to add a dash of curry powder, sage, and dried basil).
Spoon a good sized dollop into a cabbage leaf and roll up as best you can. Place seam side down into a steamer pot. Keep stuffing cabbage leaves until mixture is used up.
Steam for 40 minutes in steamer pot until meat and rice are cooked.
Top with the rest of the can of diced tomatoes, with ranch dressing drizzled on top.
It's good.

How about meatballs? I love sweet and sour ones over noodles or rice. Easy recipe and you can use them so many ways.
1- 2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worstershire sauce
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or whatever you have on hand
Seasoning to taste
Chili Sauce
Grape Jelly (can substitute current jelly)
Mix all ingredients (except chili sauce and grape jelly) well, using hands to blend well. Shape into about 1- 1/2 inch balls, and bake in the oven at 400 degrees on a broiler pan for about 15 minutes. (or can make in microwave or in frying pan)
Meatballs DO NOT have to be cooked through - will finish in sauce.
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Chili Sauce
Grape Jelly
Combine equal amounts of chili sauce and grape jelly.
Heat in large saucepan; add meatballs, mix, and heat through.
Drop meatballs into sauce and let simmer 15 - 20 minutes or until meatballs totally cooked and sauce thickens.
Serve over rice, noodles or as appetizers. Freezes well. Can make big batches and freeze for parties or holiday functions. ENJOY!

you can make kabobs its a middle Eastern cusine all you need if finely diced onions salt pepper and ground beef. You mix them all together and shape them in to streached oval shapes and put it in a pan with water about 2 inches and let it cook. The water will cook the beef because the beef has natural fat that will come out and its very health because your not using oil or butter to cook them. its really good try it. or go to foodnetwork.com and get more recipes

What about a goulash type dish? I call it chilimac but everyone loves it. It uses cooked elbow macaroni, browned ground beef, onions and garlic to taste and a jar of spaghetti sauce. You can also a can of drained corn or drained green beans if you want the extra crunch.
