Ok, according to my schedule, I leave at 9:50 Eastern time on the 26th to arrive at 9:55 in the morning London, England time.

How long is the flight?

9.50pm Eastern + 5 hours = 2.50am in London
You land 9.55am
So flight is 7 hours 5 minutes (which sounds right from my experience flying from Boston and New York to London!)

Your flight back to US could be up to 1 hour longer...
- the winds are usually helping the plane coming East and against it going West
- US imposes some rules about flights coming in from outside US. The airline has to close the doors, submit the final passenger count and wait for US air traffic control security clearance before being allowed to take off.
