Plain old Whole Milk. I tried Goat's Milk because I'm lactose intolerant...it worked for awhile, but not good enough to give up milk. All my friends are horrified that I drink Whole Milk...but I say that if I'm going to get sick, it better be the good stuff.

there is a lot chocolate is good but try looking for VANILLA milk it is great my school has it....... and its not made of anything disgusting
