thats military early or advanced return of dependants and i need a really good example..i am all alone over here

then according to the military you do not have a valid reason.
your place is with your spouse now, regardless of where he is stationed. The trick is finding SOMETHING about the location you can enjoy. if you are OCONUS, you have been given a wondrous opportunity to expand your horizons. do NOT spend all day moping around on base, get OUT and see what is around you.
What's wrong with going back to visit for a few weeks?
