That's a tough one.
You should wait a little longer. You don't want to push him. If hes not comfortable talk about it. No man likes to be rushed. Your his first girlfriend, maybe he wants it to be special. He will kiss you when hes ready and it takes more then another month, kiss him. He could be one of those guys that are into girls making the move.

Of course you should. Women can do any thing men can do. If its ok for him to kiss you than its ok for you to kiss him. But...before you do try to be sure that he's really does want to kiss his just afraid to initiate it. If he has NO sexual experience at all, getting physical might scare him or make him uncomfortable even if he really likes you so take things slow and gentle. Like hold his hands, stroke his face, and kiss his cheek first. If that doesn't make him uncomfortable than you can go ahead and kiss him. If it does, you should back off and talk about what's wrong.

Totally! Let him know that he doesn't have to be shy around you and that he can kiss you too. You can kiss him first, or just tell him that. He'll kiss you if you tell him that...probably.

Thats a tough question-Im not sure you are going to be happy if YOU make the first move. I think in your heart of hearts you really want to see him move towards you in that way so if you make the move yourself you are defeating yourself. If you just want him to make the first move then be patient and it will happen. If his making that specific move towards you doesnt matter then go for it. Good Question.
