Or whatever it is. The one you do before bootcamp, Im not that bad outta shape and Im training with the book they gave me, but Im just curious thanx.

If you are guy then you have to be able to do at least 13 MILITARY style pushups. That means body straight and your shoulders have to break the plane and go below 90 degrees. The only accepted rest position is to stick up your rear. If your 18 by the time you get out, you need to do something close to 52 pushups and 50 situps in two minutes and 18 minutes in the two mile run.

If you're an 18 to 20+ person in normal shape, then you won't have a big problem. They build you up to standards, they do it gradually. But you have to be ready mentally because they try to humiliate you: see if you're strong enough upstairs or if you'll crack up under pressure.

I didnt even have 2 do one before I joined...WhenI got 2 basic the first time I got dropped Ic couldnt even do ONE correct pushup, now Im maxing my pushups... I will be surprised if he actually makes you do it. Its not like he is gonna tell u cant join if u cant do it.... trust me once u get 2 basic, you WILL be in shape, lol.

I wouldnt worry my friend. I joined at 31 and had no issues passing at 18 year old requirements. Im 34 now, and have no issues passing pt. Just show up, do your pt and all will be good.

It's not that tough, if you are in decent shape, you should have no problem.....
