It could be IBS or Crohn's Disease or colitis or something very related. Best evaluated by a Gastrointestinal doctor.

The bloating could be period, and a lot of the other symtoms.
You do have a lot of IBS syptoms, but, IBS has a lot of symptoms in common with other illnesses (ie. Chron's disease, colitis, ulceritive colitis ect...) ((I was tested for all of these)). My advice would be to either go see a gastroenterologist. If you don't want to do this quite yet, I'd definatly recomend a colon cleanse. Check out drnatura.com I used their colon clease program (as did my husband) and we were SOOO glad we did, my mom, his uncle and my sister all did it too. It also helped my husband lose 15 pounds.
IBS is realy a difficult thing to diagnose, because you have to be tested for other things first. You'l probably have to do a colonocopy and possibly an enoscopy.
Try cutting out red meat, dairy, white flour and fatty foods.
Good luck, and for your sake, I hope it's just gas.

could be your medication, try having smaller meals throughout the day and cutting out dairy and stuff, if its ibs it can be controlled by diet. i have colitis and one major symptom of this is passing blood from behind and pains in your left side.

Or it could be Celiac Disease. Testing is available by blood testing and/or endoscopy with biopsy. A GI doc is who u need to see.
