India / China are becoming superpowers – Observe they are adjuscent to each other and if they get involved in a war it would take away majority of the population.

Earthquake in Pakistan and elsewhere
AIDS
Petrol/oil getting over in the next 100 years.
The ozone layer has a hole
Terrorism
9/11
Iraq war
Afghanistan war
Weather change everywhere
Atmosphere is getting poluted everyday


Scripts say:

Mass deaths amongst you people, just as when sheep die in large
numbers during an epidemic
When oppression, jealousy, and greed become the order of the day.
Hypocrites will be in control of the affairs of the community and evil, immoral people will be at the helm of business establishments.

I too feel that the last day is nearing. If not within our lifespan at least in the next 3 generations, it would happen.

God forbid it doesn’t happen as soon as I think. Let’s all pray god.

I totally agree with you, as i myself is witnessing signs.

I dont know about other religions, but i know about Islam. I am not offencing anyone. I am saying you about my religion as i am also sharing my religion knowledge to you people.

In islam, the signs are,
Salt will become very pland. First one pinch was enough, now you have to put 2-3 pinches and still its not that good.

Sighting many solar and lunar eclipses. And nowadays i m seeing many eclipses.

Many destructions taking place.

Crime rate is increasing tremendously.

The main sign, which really proves the coming of the last hour is The rising of the sun from the west.

I do personally feel that qiyamah is nearing. I am not sure that will we be able to face it but i have a strong feeling that our coming 3-4 generations will face the last hour....tc...sweet dreamz....bye....

It is a sheer wastage of precious mental capacites to think of END.
A common man is leading a more peaceful life as compared to some centuries back .

the hindu scriptures are definite about the timeof the annihilation of this world , that is before the end of the kali yuga which is in its 5108 th yeatr and has 10,74,892eas rto go by. The scientists predict that the sun is likely to exhaust its fule in about 1.5 million years whereas Kali yuga ends in 1.7 million years .so the day of annihialtion f the earth is well within the end of Klai yuga and is closer to the end of klai yuga .When the Earth is drawn in to the Sun , the density and consequently the gravity of the earth and the sun together would grow to an infinite extent an the earth would be melting into the sun. that will be the end of the earth and after a kalpa new planets might emerge and new lives might flourish.Let us hope that the new earth would be free from the troubles of religions and ther prophets , messaiahs , priests etc for sometime .at least .

Judgment day is near, may not be in my lifetime but maybe in my grandchildren's lifetime and for that reason we have them in christian school, to learn the teachings of our Lord God, (it's so sweet to hear a child speak of God when they are at home, you know that they have the Lord in their little hearts!) to stay close to god is a wondrous thing to be able to do. The teachings of the Lord God and the son Jesus does not teach us that music is a bad thing fore the angels do sing, only the non believers make music that is from Hades, music that teaches bad thoughts is not from the Lord God. Never despair for he is listening to all of us and knows whats in our hearts. We, not the Lord need to block from our hearts the greed and jealousies. We the Lords children are responsible for helping stop oppression. As far as epidemics go the Lord God will bring us home when he is ready for us. I as an American know that we are a vulnerable country because we have lost our path, and want to enforce that lost path on other countries. We need to leave their beliefs intact, although they don't coincide with what America believes that does not make them in error of the Lord God. Love thy neighbor, never make judgments, live as closly to the commandments as this world allows (the Lord God knows when we are doing our best) give thy soul to god and you will forever be safe in the Lord Gods love

I have often wondered if we are in what the Christian Bible calls the "Last Days" or "End Times". Many of the predicted troubles that will come at the end are happening. Wars and rumors of wars, fire, calamity, and many other tragic things are happening. BUT, as I read the Bible I found that the first Century writers of the Bible, like the Apostle Paul thought that the end of times was about to come in His day, and that was over 2000years ago. Historically many have thought their days were the last. SO.....I just don't know if the end is coming soon, maybe even in our days. The Bible indicates that God is holding off as long as possible, so that more people can know Him and be "saved"(receive forgiveness for their sins and become a part ofGod's family). God doesn't wish for any to die, but for all to come to salvation through Jesus. But, it is up to each person if he wishes to receive God's gift. I used to live in much fear; I was always nervous that something bad was going to happen to me again. But now, even if bad times come, I will be able to draw on God's strength, power and love to cope with everything.

I just know that in my 54 years it sometimes seems that life has become much more harsh and evil. BUT, can it be just that we have so much media technology that we hear more about evil in far away places, something that did not happen as much in my childhood. I am not sure which it is.

Whether the end comes tomorrow or 2000 years from now, I believe Jesus Christ loves us and has provided a way to be a part of God's loving family that lasts forever.

I am celebrating a very important day tomorrow; its my favorite day in the year. On October 21, 1971 I met Jesus Christ and He changed my life forever. I really planned to die and if I hadn't been introduced to Jesus then, I believe I would have killed myself. My emotional pain was too awful and I couldn't cope with the memories of abuse any more. When I found out that God loved me, someone who had never been loved.....Oh man, I just can't tell you how wonderful it was to me and it still is. Jesus is so kind and strong and good. He's my everything. So tomorrow I will be 36 years old as a Christian, its my "rebirthday"! Some people call salvation through Jesus getting "reborn" into God's eternal family. I am so blessed. Everything good that has happened to me since 1971 has come as a result of God's love, care and leading. My husband and I met through a Christian group. My children, my friends - most of them anyway, are a gift from God.

I guess I better halt now, I'm not even talking about the question any more, I'm just raving about Jesus! Think of me tomorrow Gent., I'll be celebrating inside my head all day long.

Everyone is believing in these terms as they appear in old scriptures of every religion/faith and at present none has proved or ascertained its reality. Change is nature of Time and during the proces all references and conditions, environments, societies,cultures also undergo change. Many take this 'change' as omen of all these things.
