All fruit is healthy for you, but the most beneficial are apples and bananas. Fruit is low in calories and low in fat, however they do have a lot of sugar and carbs, but the good kind. Stick to 3-5 servings of fruit a day and you'll be fine.
Bananas.
Apples.
Oranges.
Mangos.
Oranges.
Clementines.
Grapes.
Peaches.
Pears.
Pineapples.
Starfruit.
Kiwi.
There's an endless list, and this is all that I could think of at the moment. They're all of the most popular fruit that are well known by mostly everybody.
Good luck with your diet and stay healthy.

Healthy fruits... A bit redundant, really. Yes, fruits have sugar in them, but it's much better than the corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup found in conventional junk "food". While it's more expensive, we buy frozen fruits and veggies as they are frozen soon after harvest, as opposed to "fresh" produce that has been handled many times before even getting to the grocery store before other customers have manhandled them just to find a "good" one. At least once a day I'll have a bowl of frozen fruit with one cup of chocolate soy milk. It's like sorbet, but whole. I've also put blueberries in my oatmeal as it's cooking; The berries practically instantly thaw and it's quite yummy. Unfortunately, with a one month old infant, I don't have time to really cook anymore, even something as simple as oatmeal, but it still sounds good.
Also, it's my understanding that most of the nutrients and fiber are in the skins of most fruits and veggies, i.e., apples and poatoes.
I digress.

Berries are your best bet for weight loss as they're very low calorie, they're also very high in antioxidants, best ones are blueberries and strawberries, there are also blackberries and etc.
other than that go for apples, have an apple a day as a snack, it's high in fibre, fills u up and satisfies any craving u might have for candies and etc.
stay away from fruit juices and eat whole fruits instead for the fiber. also, limit your consumption of high GI or sweet/sugary fruits like mangoes, bananas, dried fruits (raisins) or fruits canned in syrup.

bananas and oranges have the most sugar. Apples and pears have a lot of fiber. Berries have lots of antioxidants.
Eat fruit daily, but in moderation because of the sugars. If you want to load up on something, make it veggies. Think of lots of salads and stuff like that. Carrots are high sugar, so eat them in moderation too.
But fruits are much better than half a box of cookies... :)

All fruits are healthy. Unlike with vegetable there aren't really any that are just fillers like celery and iceberg lettuce (they pretty much just contain water and cellulose). With both fruits and veggies aim to get all colors. Also, with lettuce/greens the darker the better. Those that are very pale or white have practically no nutrients.
