Not eating junk foods is a good start. No soda either, it bloats you and adds sugar. Exercise will do the trick for any weight loss. You must be comitted though.

Exercises is the best way, you may also look at the amount of protein that you are ingesting. Your body burns fat better when it gets the proper amounts of protein, a grown man needs on the average of 125 grams of protein a day. That is hard to do with out a supplemental program. I personally do Herbalife and I have lost over 65 lbs. Here is their website

Go push a lawn mower for an hour each day for a week.

You will drop 10 lbs and can also mow the neighbors lawn, make a few bucks and check out their daughter if she is in the back yard getting some sun in her new bikini top, woooohoooo
