Microsoft Word: How can you create a shortcut word?

e.g if i want to type my full name i can just type my intials and my full name will appear

there is a way i jus forgot..can someone please help thanks..

Are you talking about

Insert ==>> Autotext

in the “with” box type your name as you want it to appear
in the “replace” box type your shortcut
cl Add
cl o.k.


now, type your shortcut and a space
your name should appear

Hi.. To do this first please goto insert auto text > autotext> then add whichever words you want to complete automatically..
That means when you type that added word .. The word will ask you to press enter to auto complete.. just press enter and Finished..
