I have bad allergies right now because I live in a place that has a bunch of dust blowing around during this time of year. My 20 month old twin boys seem to be suffering from the same thing (runny nose, red itchy eyes, sore throat, coughing). I have a doctors appointment for them, but it's not for a couple days. So until then, whats the best I can do for them to relieve some of their symptoms. I already got them some over the counter allergy medicine and alot of pedialyte.

Get an air purifier for your home. This will reduce the amount of dust in your house. Get saline drops for their noses and use Vicks Vapor plugs next to their beds. These have been a life-saver in my house.

Try to keep them in the house as much as you can. I also know what you are going through. I have bad allergies and my kids sometimes show signs of it.

We have a vaporizor in our twins room. It works wonders on those nights when it is stuffy and allergies could start acting up!
