A guy tells a girl that she has to give him sex..and tries to stick his hand up her shirt and down her pants..
he tried to force my friend to give him sex!
and he broke up with her because she won't!
& he tried to put your hand down her pants..and up her shirt..AT CHURCH!
and lastyear..at a school dance..my OTHER friend..he cornered in a hallway..but he didn't do anything BECAUSE she pushed thro him and away and said she had to go really quick
can my friend take him to court? or HOW can i handle this in a good way..
i kinda already told him that if he EVER toouched one of my freinds he'd deal with me.. but that's NOT enough!

You're parents can take it to court. There's a lot of things that can be classified under, but it rarely will solve the problem. There's not much they can do to persecute a kid.
Just tell a parent and someone in charge of your school, or wherever it is that this guy sees you at.
Make sure he knows that you've told an adult. That'll make him step off, for sure.

You sound like an understanding, yet tough, street-wise kind of person. Why is you handle "just a girl". Being a girl isn't anything to be ashamed of...You need a confident handle to match your confident personality.

You can't take him to court. You could call the police and have him arrested for sexual assault though. Then he would be in court and if convicted would have to register as a sex offender.
