Every time a person smokes around a child there only slowly killing them. What if they child has asthma or allergies then its probably going to hurt them or kill them faster. If your a parent you should not smoke inside your house or car any where the kid would be. I think smoking is not a smart choice!!! the poison lives on your skin, hair and clothes, and never comes off the walls!!
YES!!! IT CAN CAUSE A PARENT TO LOOSE RIGHTS

It certainly can if you smoke in the childs presence. When you smoke it needs to be outside the home and away from your child. They just recently passed a law in California making it illegal to smoke in the car with your kids. I think it's great cause you shouldn't be smoking anywhere near kids. Let them decide if they want to poison their bodies and ruin their lungs when they turn 18.

It could be if it is in your divorce papers that you are not to smoke around them, or in your home. I work for a guy that is required to not smoke in any car, or his home if he wants his kids to visit his home. One of his kids has severe asthma, so I think this is why it is in the papers. You need to think more about the health of your child than your own selfish wants.

I doubt it but it should. If you have any doubt at all then you should stop smoking. Why do you want to subject your child to all those toxins anyway? Surely it's not worth the risk?

no it can't. contact could be stopped if you consistently smoke around the child, but not if you generally smoke.

If I had any question that my contact with my child would be in jeopardy because of choices I made, I would change my choices. Just look at Britney.

No, but it should be. what kind of a role model are you. children who's parents smoke are 3 times more likely to smoke themselves. And why eould you want to kill your child through passive smoking-have some respect..........incase you havn't guessed i'm aginst smoking in front of kids.
