I can eat tongue, I can even eat brains (scrambled with eggs) but I CAN not and WILL not eat liver! The taste and texture is horrid!
I do not like them in a box.
I do not like them with a fox.
I do not like them in a boat.
I do not like them with a goat.
I do not like them here or there.
I do not like them anywhere.
I do not like liver.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Eggplant. Maybe I cooking it wrong, but each time I have it taste like whatever oil I used to prepare it, but suddenly it taste rancid and unpalatable. Then the texture is so off and spongy. Plus, if you ever cut it up and put it in a sauce without peeling the skins, it taste really nasty and it looks like cockroaches in the pot, and psychologically, it does a number on your tastebuds and imagination. Never again will I eat that.

Mine is eggs, fried or boiled, just the smell makes me sick. Since I was a child, people couldn't have them at home if I was at the table, now that I'm older they're banned at my own home, lol.
I have to say that the texture of rice noodles is another thing that comes a second close at turning my stomach.

Watching people eat oatmeal. I have never been able to get past the first bite without spitting it up. It's not the taste, I love oatmeal granola bars and everything, it is the texture that I cannot handle.
I cannot even eat at a table if people are going to eat it because I honestly will get sick and have to excuse myself.

The smell of brains frying. My Dad used to butcher and cure our own meat. My Mom would fry up the pig brains for Dad and her to eat on sandwiches. I couldn't stand the smell let alone looking at them cooking.

Seafood - oysters, scallops, mussels, prawns, things like that.
I also can't eat roe - they used to give it to us for school dinners, in batter-covered burger-shaped portions. Gross.
I don't mind tongue actually.
