I'm a "green acres" addict and I wonder: when Lisa says "I just adore a penthouse view", does it qualifies only for NYC, Park avenue or could you have a penthouse view on the mountains or the sea?

A pethouse is a highly desireable top-floor apartment or condo.There may be four penthouses on a given building, with one occupying each corner.
If you are standing on the balcony of a penthouse, you can see the whole sky as well as a panoramic view of the city that is not possible from a lower floor apartment.
If you lived in a penthouse that looked out on the ocean, you could have a penthouse view of the sea... I sppose the same could be said for a mountain range...

No, I think she wants to be looking out at a city and all that it has to offer from her perch in a high-priced, top-floor apartment. Liza gets no kick from the plains. (mountains or seas, for that matter.) She wants the city lights!
