My palette has a very wide range. I like some very hot and spicy all the way to the very bitter. I don't use salt anymore. If something calls for it I grind a wee bit of sea salt in. It's just too unhealthy to use regular table salt.
I'm a foodie!!!

Being on my own is tasting the velvet black vapor interior the back of lips pressed tight, Having no candy syllables to spill into everyone's ear, different than you finally end up crammed and table sure with out the will of an echo to act as a compass.

If I had to define it, I would say it tastes most like Thai Food.
