The prescription means:
For your right eye,it don't have any power for short-sighted or long-sighted.Plano mean no power.Then -0.25 is cylinder which mean your astigmatism is -0.25.If no power is 0.00, then -0.25,so you just have slightly astigmatism. X 90 mean the axis which is cylinder line, it is with astigmatism.

For your left eye, it is perfect cause don't have any power.

PD is the distance from the centre point of your right eye (pupil of right eye) to the centre point of your left eye (pupil of left eye). This measurement is for your spectacle lens fitting.

With that Rx I wouldn't waste my $$$ even buying glasses. That's like the weakest Rx someone could possibly have.

the rx may be weak but u need them because of the astigmatism correction

I'm surprised any Optometrist would even prescribe that.

Forget about it, don't waste your money. You don't need them at all.
