During the work week, I usually have some type of fruit (either strawberries or a banana), yogurt, and a Diet Pepsi. I know the soda part is pretty bad, but I can't help it. I hate coffee but I love the caffeine!

On the weekends, I have more time so I make fresh tortillas and chorizo & eggs. YUMMY, but very fattening! I have to work it all off so we usually go for a long walk after weekend breakfasts!

I'm from the US (Arizona).

Normally during the work week just coffee. If I do take the time to eat, it's oatmeal or cereal. And always a glass of water.

The only time we really cook breakfast is on Sunday morning then it's some type of breakfast meat, eggs, hashbrowns and toast.

Saturday I am off and running cleaning etc......so normally don't eat, but I've been up since 5:00 and I just had a piece of leftover pizza :)

I live in Central Ohio but I am originally from W.Va. My normal, every day, breakfast is toast or an english muffin (w/peanut butter and honey) oatmeal or cereal and sometimes a scrambled egg w/bacon. My favorite "Alltime" breakfast consists of fried pork tenderloin , fried apples, sausage gravy, homefries (not frozen from a bag). eggs over easy or basted, hot, homemade buttermilk biscuits and coffee and freshed squeased orange juice. I only make this a couple of times a year, but always on Christmas morning (this was my Dad's favorite also, so I continue the tradition).

Organic instant oatmeal w/o added sugar. I usually add almonds and dried locally-grown goji (wolf) berries. I also drink a glass of orange juice (< 8 oz.) and a cup of black coffee and have some vitamins (calcium, food-based multi, and omega-3 supplement).

I live in the upper midwest of the U.S. but am from the West Coast (of the U.S.).

I start with a fresh lemon juice with a little hot water and no sugar, just to wake me up and for the vitamins.
I have black tea (Earl Grey or Yunnan, I like a good tea), toasted bread (good bread, I am French...), with butter (salted or not, depends on my mood) and jam, preferably homemade or good honey. Sometimes, I also have eggs, scrambled or boiled.
