YES !!!!
The Scriptures clearly teach that there is a place called Heaven for all who know and love our Lord Jesus Christ. Heaven is a place.
What is heaven like? It is a place that God has prepared for all who come to Him. If the Creator of the Universe prepared it, it must be something wonderful. The writers of the Scriptures could not find language that would describe it. In Revelation 21:10-27, John tries to describe the foundations, wall, gates and street of the heavenly city. We know that there will be no sickness, sorrow, tears, pain or death in that fair place. Revelation 21:4. What we do know is that after the sorrow and suffering from the pains of life on this sin cursed earth, we will be “finally home.” But best of all, the Lord Jesus Christ will be there, and He will be the supreme delight of every believer's heart.
The Bible speaks about another place of torment at the final judgement of all mankind. It is called “The Lake of Fire.” At the Judgment of the Great White Throne, the souls in hell will be united with their bodies, which are to be raised from the graves. Christ will then pronounce the final sentence of judgment upon the wicked dead, and they will be cast into the Lake of Fire, the eternal abode of the lost. Revelation 20:11-15. Hell may thus be likened to the local jail where the prisoner temporarily awaits his sentence. They are taken from the jail to appear before the judge for final sentencing. Revelation 20:9-15 is the record of this Great White Throne Judgement of Satan and all who have rejected Christ and followed him. The Lake of Fire may be likened to a prison to which are committed those under sentence for the duration of their eternal existence. In describing hell, our Lord speaks about the undying worm and the unquenchable fire. Mark 9:43-48. It is a place of conscious punishment. It is a place of literal fire. It is punishment for sin eternally.

I believe in a just and moral God. A leader morally. I think God would not condemn any one to eternal hopelessness, but would always allow for a person to turn their life arround and become good. No one deserve an eternity sentence in a place where torture exists. If a moral God is into torture, who is going to condemn us for using it also on bad guys. Sure, pain is part of life, and dealing with it can make you strong and emphathetic, to other who struggle with it. But pain without purpose is very immoral. Pleasure, without purpose, is like being on drugs and is also immoral. One needs a balance, between character building pain, and the rewarding pleasure feeling one gets from doing good.

Heaven- perhaps
Hell- absolutely not. Anyone that advocated and believes in a God that banishes people to hell for eternity based largely on their belief structure ought to be ashamed of themselves.

The Bible tells us that there is not only life after death, but eternal life so glorious that “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9). Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, came to the earth to give us this gift of eternal life. “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).

No. I don't believe in sin, either. These are all scare tactics to control people and keep them in fear. Just read CJ's answer; you get the perfect picture of the misery he's in every day of his life. The only way to assuage it is to tell other people they are going to hell.

No. How can they be possible? How can someone magically appear in a realm after death? It's not possible.
There is no invisible man in the sky who made the world out of nothing with his magic.
