For several years I had similar symptoms and went from one med. doctor to the other and to several healer. Each of them told me something different: Lack of vitamins, stress, depression, etc. Until I found out about it myself: It has a name, although this label doesn't mean much, but at least I could search and after half a year I had a treatment together, which I did on myself. After about one year I was completely healed, although doctors say that there is no cure. Read about my healing process at:

sounds like a multitude of problems. stress can weaken your immune system and you sounds like you either have a kidney infection or uti (urinary frequency/back pain). additionally , you have a severe yeast infection that is going to take a strong drug like diflucan. memory, tiredness, crying, acid reflux, headaches are all symptoms of depression probably brought on by the stress. the acid reflux is also part of the stress but because you have a yeast infection, stay away from tums. it is a calcium based acid fighter (bicarbonate) and the last thing you need with a yeast infection is to be more basic instead of acidic. drink cranberry juice. if you were in my clinic, i'd start you on something like paxil or effexor for anxiety/depression, diflucan for yeast infection, bactrim ds/cipro or levaquin/cipro combo for the uti/kidney infection, famotidine or protonix for the acid reflux. you have got to take some time out and talk to a counselor too. you don't say why you're under so much stress but getting it off your chest will do you wonders. try some time for meditation and exercise each day too. good luck dear. keep your chin up. you'll be backon your feet and doing well soon.

You're under a lot of STRESS and are depressed; lonely, and unhappy.( I feel like crying most of the time). STRESS can exhibit in different forms of physical ailments. Migraines and tension type headaches are a result of this. Frequency in voiding and back aches are due to UTI. This UTI would also be the culprit for your stomach ache. Nausea and abominal pains could be due to GERD and again caused by STRESS.
Nausea can also be caused from hyperacidity from the kinds of foods you eat and your emotional state. . You also have a very weak immune system.; just recovered from a bad cold. You're quite anxious about catching something.
All of the above are common complaints or parts of a readjustment process. Give your self some time and leeway to make new friends in a different country. Have you atttempted to learn how to speak French?. Verbal communication would help your depression too. Read up on the hx and go sightseeing in France. Do you know, you can see the whole of Europe once you're in France. Discuss your travelling experiences with your students.
Listen to music. Pick up a hobby. Go to the library. Visit art museums. Go dancing or exercise in a gymn to make new friends
Drink craberry juice and lots of fluids and wter to flush out your system for UTI. Use panties with cotton crotch. Good personal hygiene. Do not postpone when you have to void.
Take Vitamins B complex, Vit C and minerals like Zinc and magnesium to build up your immune system. Take calcium for your back.
Nobody can help you except yourself. Make up your mind to try your darndest to make this a good learning opportunity and an enjoyable experience.!!!

I would get to a doctor as soon as possible.
It sounds like your immune system is very very fragile. You said you've had tremendous stress these past two years, that could be a HUGE factor in why you're sick all the time. You need to finally care about you and cut out whatever you can that's causing all this stress or find something that will help you release all that stress. It's been proven that continuous stress leads to a plethora of medical problems.
But still, I would get to your doctor as soon as possible, you don't want to wait and then find out it's something serious that could've been handled easily if you had caught it in time. All your symptoms could be warning signs of something more serious going on.
Good luck.

Stress causes a lot of those symptoms.. if the doctors took tests back in the US and they didn't find anything then chalk it up to that. Take tylenol for the headaches and pain, Tums for the acid reflux and tummy aches. When you are in pain you tend to forget things. Take a good multi vitamin that has extra C it will help you not catch everything that comes along.
We dont' all feel good all the time.. its a sign of our times.

In this world of turmoil and chaos there must be a solution to your problems, even if sometimes you may think there isn't any.Don't you know that some sickness that we felt in our body are just psychological? I know you won't even believe me but it's true, and we can do something about it and I, myself is practicing now. This is the power of optimistic thinking, and you can even cure of your sickness, I am just a normal person just like you, I have symptoms just like you do even that yeast infection, skin diseases but it's all gone, and I believe I am getting better. If you do all of this things you must trust yourself that you can do it and believe in a Supreme Being that He will help you, or simply believe in your faith in God's presence. I am not a minister or anything, but I would like to share something to you.
See yourself as a whole-every organ of your body operating perfectly in harmony of God's perfect Law. Your life is full of health, vitality, endurance, youthfulness, think health, feel health, practice health, and think that you are healing. Do if you must an evaluation of your self, do some meditation or yoga, as I see it you are overly controlled by your environment or negative things that comes your life. Exercise more and do some breathing exercises, eat well-balanced meals and nutritious foods it will fight all the infections, because right now, you having an imbalance and you have to get the normal pacing of your life. You are dealing with some stressful events in your life, try to divert your feelings and communicate with people more and join some discussions and join some support group that can at least help you organize your feelings, and life. Share your feelings and thought with them you will feel better afterwards, but it will take awhile so you need self-discipline too.
Hold constantly before your mind that you are a complete person. Thank God frequently, for the wonderful feeling of vitality. Make every effort to keep your mind free of unhealthy thoughts. Flush out negative thoughts such as antagonisms, regrets, mean or vindictive images, disappointments they are all the work of the devil! Replace them with strong, healthy positive thoughts.
Nervous stress and strain can be counteracted and even prevented by regular, vigorous exercise. Even a simple 10-20 minutes walk everyday. Even a simple positive thought can cure a very debilitating disease! Feeling of frequent urination, headache, nausea or even anxiety are a sign of stress and severe emotional imbalance. Just try to watch a good movie or two try to relax, have fun with your life. Drink plenty of water, and detoxify avoiding fatty foods, salty or too sweet. Go for natural foods esp on fibers, vegetables they are easier to digest.

Try things that get rid of yeast like loose fitting jeans or eliminating foods that cause yeast like wheat bread (I heard), also, change your diet and eat things that won't cause acid reflux. Drop the meat, only eat seafood, no fried foods, eat in moderation. Maybe take a pill for stress, but don't get hooked. Good luck!

I'm sure there is a physical reason for your pain, but you'll need to work with your doctor to determine the cause. Meanwhile, you are also clearly depressed. Talk to your doctor directly about that as well. Depression, just like physical pain, reduces your quality of life. Good luck.

You firmly believe that you are not sick. If you believe in the other way all the time you will become sick. Don't you have faith on GOD ? If not, you believe on GOD and pray to him for clearing your sufferings , surely you will get peace. Also, I recommend you to adopt vegetarian food habits. Let this continue for sometime and see the wonderful results!! All the best.
