When visiting the states recently they were launching a new spray that flattened scars. I would try a USA online pharmacist i.e. Eckerd, Walgreens, type in "scar away" or scar remover and see if it returns any results. If so you would probably be able to buy it at U.S. e.bay at a better price. It is definitely available as I said it was being launched in June this year. Good Luck hope you find it. Just rembered DERMATIX

Bio oil is good for scars, though its more for fading them than flattening. I dont think there is much you can do to flatten it apart from having corrective surgery.
Bio oil does work well though, it may fade it enough to make it less noticeable if thats what you are after.
you can get in n any chemist, its about £9.
I get lots of people say it works well, so may well be worth a try.

if it is bio oil like the above peeps said depending on what sort of scars you have...
***
I am using it, i have eczema scars, some slightly raised, they have made a very small difference, but not as good as they make out on the adverts.
***
I also have raised scars from operations, there has been no change in them at all.
***
Finally stretch marks...if you are interested, they are going, but very slowly.
***
Been using it for 2.5 months.

There's a BRILLIANT product called Bio Oils which helps massively with scars - it's about £9 for a 60ml bottle, but you don't use too much of it at a time, and it's well worth it...
EDIT: Jut saw that you asked where it can be bought - I got mine from Boots, but I've seen it at Superdrug and Holland & Barrett too...
