I agree with the shoe thing (changing shoes and getting inserts) but you also need your company to get a mat for you to stand on and also put your feet up as much as you can at work and at home to help the circulation. if this fails, I would see a foot doctor too. Also, putting one foot slight up while standing helps. my work station had a bar a few inches above the floor to do this. Doing all this is called ergonomics, ask your work about it. They are suppose to help their employees whenever possible with this. It is usually inexpensive things you can do, so don't let them tell you otherwise.

Try changing your shoes, if that doesn't work try the Dr. Scholl's foot support inserts and if you're still having issues - you should make an appointment with a podiatrist.

When you are standing, try exercising like 'rocking' heel to toe. Seems the lack of circulation seems to be the problem, so learn to sway heel to toe and then sideways keep the blood flowing.

now you need to find a nice pair of FLAT shoes that are comfortable and a size bigger than you nomally wear to allow you to have on a pair of socks to act as a cushion...if this doesn't work you need to change your job cos if you are not comfortable you are not enjoying your work...good luck
