My dad was adopted outside of the u.s. he hasn't found his birth parents, we are pretty sure he is mixed not sure what ethnicitys though?

DNA testing can determine his ethnicity. From what I understand it is a bit expensive however, it may be well worth the cost for him in his search.

I suppose this is all in the name of "health reasons". I know they can define the breed of a dog... don't know about humans.
