It might be just an unusual strain of flu, but it might be meningitis. If the symptoms are not starting to go away, I think you should go to a doctor and have it checked out.
The symptoms of meningitis are:
Blurred vision
Increased sensitivity to light
Stiff neck and decreased mobility (can you move your neck around? Can you bend your neck until your chin touches your chest?)
Fever
Rash
Dizziness
Nausea or vomiting (if you are dizzy and vomiting, this could be the most serious form of meningitis and you need to go to hospital NOW)
Try lying on your back and pulling one knee up towards your chest. Do you get any shooting pain? If you do, go to hospital.

Uh...fever and neck pain are some of the symptoms of meningitis. Does your head hurt? Do you have any random rashes? If so....get yourself to a doctor.

If you mean pain in the THROAT , it could be tonsillitis or a simple infection of the upper respiratory tract .
If you mean in the NECK , like in the back of your head it might be meningitis which is a serious condition .

any type of infection would give you a fever, so I'm going to guess it's an infection. See your doctor if you don't get better, and stay hydrated.

It could b a viral fever or some kind of infection goin on. its gud for u to c ur doc early. take care of ur health. health is wealth.
